Practical advice

AI-readyIntermediate3 min read

Review shared AI context every month

A light maintenance routine that stops old policies, services and prices shaping new AI-assisted work.

The practical answer

Start with this principle

Business context goes stale quietly. A short monthly review is enough to catch most changes before an old fact appears in a customer-facing draft.

Do this in order

Three steps you can use today

  1. Review what changed

Check services, prices, policies, team responsibilities, opening hours and standard messages against their real sources.

  2. Test common requests

Run a few representative prompts and check whether the answers use the current version of the facts. Record anything that still pulls old wording.

  3. Archive and date updates

Keep one current version and move old material out of the active source. Add the date and person who verified the replacement.
