What you should know before you book.

Is this your first public event?

Yes. This is Samuel and Adam’s first public edition of The £1,000,000 AI Blueprint. We are keeping it focused: one room, a four-hour programme and a practical workshop built around a real process from your business.

What does £1,000,000 mean?

It is the name of the event, not an earnings promise. The day is about finding where better systems could protect or create commercial value through time saved, avoidable cost reduced or capacity for growth. Your result depends on your business, process and implementation.

Is it technical?

No. It is built for CEOs, founders and directors, not developers. We explain the ideas in plain English and guide you through the practical workshop.

What do I bring?

Bring a charged laptop, your charger and one repetitive process from your business that you would like to improve. Access to your usual email account will also be useful.

Will I build something during the event?

You will begin mapping and prototyping an automation with Samuel, Adam and the team. The aim is to turn one real business problem into a practical first workflow that can be developed after the event.

What if I cannot come?

Eventbrite lists refunds up to seven days before the event. Use your Eventbrite booking to request one within that window.

Will there be a sales pitch?

Samuel and Adam will explain how the team can help if you want implementation support after the event, but there is no obligation to continue. The four-hour programme and workshop are designed to be useful on their own.

Is there a community for women building with AI?

Yes. The AGMM Lounge is led by Tasha Jones, our Head of Client Success. It supports women founders, CEOs and business leaders who want practical guidance and a more welcoming route into AI, business systems and smarter ways of working.

What will I work on?

You will examine where AI may remove slow work, control avoidable cost, improve customer experience or support growth.

What do I take away?

A clearer view of where AI can save time or money, a prioritised route towards implementation and a worked-through starting point for one automation.

What is included on the day?

Your £50 launch ticket includes the four-hour executive programme, practical workshop, bakery selection at lunch and free parking at Bedford High School. Doors open at 10:45.
